Job Description
OUTLET MANAGER & FLOOR MANAGER required urgently for a reputed Chain of Hypermarket in UAE:
- Degree/ Diploma or education in Retail Management
- Supermarket / Hypermarket experience is MANDATORY.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, specifically in the hypermarket, supermarket in UAE/ GCC
- In-depth knowledge of UAE governmental rules and regulations as applicable to retail business
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing a Supermarket business by developing and executing plans.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Supplier Handling Experience.
- Budgeting, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales.
