Description
Hypermarket Outlet Manager & Floor Manager required urgently for a reputed Chain of Hypermarkets in UAE.
Requirements:
- Hight school / Degree/ Diploma or education in Retail Management.
- Supermarket / Hypermarket experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in the hypermarket, or supermarket in UAE/ GCC.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE governmental rules and regulations as applicable to retail business.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing a Supermarket business by developing and executing plans.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Supplier Handling Experience.
- Budgeting, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales.
- Immediate joining preferred.
