Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of outdoor sales representatives
- Onboard new customers for Du Pay services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in sales management or leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and drive sales team performance
- Knowledge of financial services or mobile payment apps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
