We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Team Leader to join Qatar's best telecommunication company.

Outdoor Field Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful execution of field activities. He will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining a high level of team performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:



Lead, mentor, and motivate team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Operational Oversight:



Ensure the timely and accurate execution of field operations.

Quality Assurance:



Implement and enforce quality standards for field operations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Address and resolve any issues related to service quality promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:



Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, operational efficiency, and any relevant metrics. Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, and resolutions.

Additional Requirements:
