Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Team Leader to join Qatar's best telecommunication company.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful execution of field activities. He will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining a high level of team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of field operations.
