Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outdoor Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive our sales team in promoting business setup services across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing outdoor sales teams, preferably in financial services, banking, or credit card sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outdoor sales executives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions. Assign sales targets and ensure KPIs are achieved.

-Sales Strategy & Execution

Oversee daily sales activities and ensure team members are actively engaging with potential clients. Support sales executives in negotiations and closing deals when needed. Develop new lead generation strategies to increase business opportunities. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track conversion rates.

-Reporting & Performance Analysis

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Suggest improvements in sales approaches and team strategies.

-Client Relationship Management

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing sales interactions. Handle escalations and assist sales executives in resolving customer concerns. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years of experience in managing outdoor sales teams (banking/credit card sales preferred).

? Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales targets.

? Ability to train and develop a high-performing sales team.

? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

? Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
