Paint Shop Sales Executive - Hiring Now!

Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 2 (Opposite Al Nukhba Cars Auction)

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team at our Paint Shop. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and basic knowledge of paints, hardware, or construction materials (training will be provided if needed).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the shop

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable paint products

Explain product features, shades, and finishes

Handle inquiries, quotations, and invoicing

Follow up with clients for payments or repeat business

Maintain display and stock cleanliness

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (experience in paint, hardware, or retail preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math & computer knowledge (invoicing, WhatsApp, basic Excel)

Punctual, honest, and hardworking

Can work under pressure and handle multiple clients
