Requirements & Qualifications:

Fluent in English

(both verbal and written required) - essential for effective communication and trip coordination.

Genuine passion for travel and the outdoors

- including camping, hiking, and nature-based activities.

Weekend and holiday availability

- trip schedules are planned in advance to confirm required dates.

Previous experience in adventure guiding

is highly valued.

Strong leadership abilities

- capable of managing group dynamics and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Excellent communication skills

- able to engage participants and create a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere.

Problem-solving skills

- able to address and resolve any issues that may arise during trips swiftly and effectively.

Open-minded and culturally respectful

- embraces diversity and interacts respectfully with people from all backgrounds.

Mature and eager to learn

- demonstrates a professional attitude and a willingness to grow within the role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms

(e.g., Zoom).

Holds valid UAE residence and passport

Location:

Valid UAE driving license

- an advantage, though not mandatory.

Spoken Arabic

- an advantage, though not mandatory.

Wilderness first aid and safety certifications

- considered a strong asset.

Willingness to stay overnight

- flexibility for overnight adventures when required.
