REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
2+ years of experience
in outbound or leisure travel consultancy or holiday package sales.
Degree or diploma
in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with
local and international travel destinations
.
Strong command of
booking platforms
for flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance.
Proficiency in CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Fluent English
required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Ability to manage
multiple clients, itineraries, and time zones

Up-to-date with current
travel trends, destinations, and documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Handle
client communication and follow-ups
