We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients and driving our commitment to excellent customer service
Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their holiday inquiries and bookings, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
Inbound operation and vehicle allocation experience based on Dubai hotel is mandatory.
Detailed knowledge on Outbound tours and Visa requirement and Processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key travel industry suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and local tour guides.
Create personalized holiday packages based on clients' needs, preferences, and budget for large groups and individuals.
Assist in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
Continuously enhance knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry -Outbound and Packages.
Strong knowledge of travel planning and reservation systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
trong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM systems.
A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is is a plus
