Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Holiday Consultant

with strong UAE tourism market knowledge to handle both

inbound and outbound travel services

. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

Malayalam and English

and capable of delivering excellent customer service while creating customized holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound UAE tour packages and international outbound holiday packages Design customized travel itineraries based on client requirements Manage hotel bookings, flight reservations, visas, transfers, and tour activities Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and airlines Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and timely quotations Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets Maintain client records and follow up professionally Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in inbound and outbound tourism Strong knowledge of UAE destinations, international holiday packages, and visa processes

Fluency in Malayalam and English

(spoken & written) Good sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple bookings Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

Existing client base or sales network is an advantage Experience working in a travel agency or tour operator in the UAE
