Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room and instruments for surgery
Assist during surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse
Monitor patients' vital signs and surgical status
Maintain sterile techniques and ensure proper infection control
Provide post-operative care and documentation
Support surgical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate
Minimum 5 years' experience in a perioperative or surgical nursing role
Operating Room/Theatre experience essential
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
BLS/ACLS certification (preferred or required, depending on region)
