Job Description

Handling modules in Orion ERP 11J *Inventory-Product Maintenance, Inventory management, Stock Transfer, Aging. *Sales-Quotation, Sales Order, Invoices, Returns. *Procurement - Procurement, Vendor Reporting, Returns. *Manufacturing - Work Order, Production Reporting, Production Slip, Bill of Material. *Finance-General Ledger, Payable, Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Matching. * Fixed Asset - Asset Master, Asset Purchase, Depreciation, Month End Processing. * Payroll - Employee Master, Payment/Deduction, Loan/Advance, Pre Payroll, Final Payroll Processing. * Data Migration, Data Import/Upload in ORION. Implementation,development, enhancement and support of 1. Orion 11J ERP and Payroll 11J - which is running in JSP and Oracle. 2. Internally developed application named \xe2\x80\x98KILApp\xe2\x80\x99 which runs on JSP and Oracle. 3. Tronstride HR Suite which runs on JSP and Oracle. * Comprehending business requirements from internal stake holders and transforming them into technical requirements which is required for new developments and enhancements. * Designing, handling technical designs and programing the technical requirements to handle complex application features and thus solving user issues/feedback/requirements. * Identifying the possible threats and loopholes in system and releasing and enforcing policies in liase with Directors for ensuring the smooth functioning of the system and thus the company. * Working towards the goal \xe2\x80\x93 Paperless/Green/digital Office(Environment friendly/Plannet Passionate initiative). * Make Orion 11J, Payroll 11J and Tronstride HR Suite handy to implement Kingspan group IT policies. * Working closely with Kingspan group IT for testing and implementing of any new features/applications and checking compatibility of Orion 11J, Payroll 11J and Tronstride HR Suite in those new features/applications. * Making Orion 11J, Payroll 11J and Tronstride HR Suite handy to meet Kingspan internal and external IT audits. * Raising audit calls in FreshService every month and getting it approved from KIME, group IT and group compliance team. * User access control. * Creating reports and document prints using Jasper reporting tool and Orion tools based on requirements. * Creating automated email reports and verification of its timely delivery to the correct person. Troubleshoot and solving in case of any issues. * Manual testing prior to deployment of new patches. * Training of users on new release and updates. * Maintain liaisons with all users for analyzing and troubleshooting of Orion 11J, Payroll 11J and Tronstride HR Suite issues. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Orion 11J: 3 years (Required)
  • 3i InfoTech Company: 2 years (Required)
  • JASPER: 2 years (Required)
