Analyses software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications
Conduct formal workshops with the business to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the business needs
Produce the estimations of the solution and involved in the high level planning and implementation methodology of the project
Negotiates and manages functional scope to reduce business and technical risks
Able to apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to develop solutions in leading edge or critical situations
Able to manage business users and manage situations during the implementation process
Setup and Configure SCM Solutions based on business requirements
Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology
Manage quality aspects in each project implementation phases
Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications
Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule
Should be able to review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution
Coordinate with the team to provide inputs for the future enhancement of the system
Own and manage the maintenance and enhancements on an existing Oracle supply chain modules
Good team player and have strong analytical skills
Qualifications and Experience:
Core experience in supply chain function
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
5 years of experience in complex Oracle SCM project implementation and support, with a focus on Fusion Cloud (Candidates with more experience would be considered)
Previous strong hands-on implementation experience of Oracle Cloud Fusion, at least 5 end-to-end successful implementations
Hands on implementation experience of minimum one projects of Procurement Contract
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including SSP, Procurement, Sourcing, SQM, and Procurement Contract, Product Data Hub, Inventory, Receipt Accounting, Cost Accounting etc...
High-level Knowledge of end-to-end integrations of SCM modules with other modules like Projects/ /Financials/HCM/EPM
Previous Implementation Experience in Media Industry is a plus
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
