We are seeking an
experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant
to join our team for along-term onsite engagement in Dubai
.The ideal candidate will possess
strong functional expertise
across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, includingCore HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Performance Management
. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver impactful HCM solutions.Key Requirements
? 7-11 years of experience in
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
? Strong understanding of
HR processes and business workflows
? Hands-on experience in
multiple end-to-end implementations
? Excellent
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work
independently
and manageclient interactions
