Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations
using tools such as
OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
,
HCM Extracts
,
BI Publisher
, and
REST/SOAP APIs
Work with Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Performance Management, and Self-Service modules from a
technical perspective
Develop custom reports and data extracts based on business requirements
Support data migration, interface development, and third-party system integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience
in Oracle Fusion HCM technical roles
Strong hands-on experience with:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher reports
REST/SOAP APIs
Experience in developing and supporting integrations between
Oracle HCM Cloud
and external systems
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion database schemas and technical architecture
Solid understanding of
Core HR
,
Payroll
,
Time & Labor
, and
Performance Management
from a technical standpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud or OIC certifications
Prior experience with UAE or GCC region payroll integrations is a plus
