Job Description

Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi entity to find a Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional expert in order to help drive digital transformation across critical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations, configurations, and integrations of Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
- Act as the go-to advisor on Oracle Fusion best practices and system capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
- Design and implement workflow automation, approvals, and security frameworks.
- Assist in data migration, testing phases (including UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Stay ahead of the curve with Oracle updates, patches, and evolving best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HCM, SCM, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Finance, HCM, SCM).
- Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud ERP certification is a plus!
