Job Summary:
Oracle Supply Chain (O2C with Advance pricing - MUST)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain modules, providing functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing procurement and supply chain processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, procurement contracts, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Inventory, Pricing, Order Management, cost accounting to support business requirements and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain modules, including Self-service procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Inventory, Pricing, Order management, and cost accounting.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business processes, and recommend Oracle best practices.
  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain modules, including integrations with other Fusion modules (AP, AR, etc.)
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and test reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, assessing the impact on business processes.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant, with at least 6 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement Cloud, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, procurement contracts, Purchasing, inventory, Pricing, order management.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows in Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with OTBI/BIP reports, integrations (OIC), and Oracle ERP security roles. (Added Advantage)
  • Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) business processes.
  • Ability to write functional specifications, training materials etc
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
