To lead workshops across FIN processes to identify to be requirements, design
Manage team of Fin consultants onsite and offshore to design, configure, test, deploy and support the solution
Strong understanding of UAE public sector budgeting, cash to accrual accounting, projects, grants
Ability to define requirements and to be processes clearly
Ability to define fit gap analysis using Oracle cloud products
Ability to define functional designs for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows
Ability to test, train, deploy and support solutions implemented
Ability to manage Oracle cloud projects delivery independently

At least 5 Oracle cloud implementations as a functional lead in financials
At least 2 Oracle cloud implementations as a project manager
Certified in Oracle cloud
At least 10 years of overall experience on Oracle cloud
Worked in Middle East projects
