Key Activities:

Own modern data & analytics platform implementation / modernization / migration projects from requirements gathering till support.

Lead large, complex data initiatives including multiple project sub-streams and subject matter experts.

Define/create migration roadmap and budgeting large scale cloud migration projects.

Develop contract content to ensure the data platform solution is contracted to deliver client and Accenture value.

Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.

Demonstrate data platform experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical transformation solutions.

Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent

10+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years leading delivery of large-scale data & analytics projects.

Experience with one or more Cloud platforms

Experience with one or more modern data & analytics solutions \xe2\x80\x93 Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake etc.

Experience with SCRUM, SAFE, Waterfall methodology

Ability to architect data solutions, applying concepts of data modelling, data validation, consolidation, data quality, data discovery and catalogue, data lineage.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases, structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, batch, near real-time and streaming.

Experience in working in multinational environment and with complex landscapes.

Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.

Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.

Business oriented and results driven.

Good analytical skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Related certifications confirming cloud, data, analytics & delivery experience would be a plus.
