Operations & Pricing Coordinator:

The Operations & Pricing Coordinator in Freight & Logistics plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams. This role focuses on managing shipments, supporting sales processes, and maintaining efficient logistics operations to meet client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities,

Assist the sales team with rate inquiries, proposals, and tenders for freight and logistics services. Follow-up with the customer for sales updates, and future businesses. Co-ordinate with network agents, shipping & airlines to arrange the price on time . Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and service agreements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and freight bookings in the CRM system. Make the BOE, AWB , SBL & COO Coordinate with local vender for smooth operation
Logistics Operations Coordination:

Good knowledge in Logistics operation and export & Import documentation Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes, including booking, documentation, and tracking. Resolve operational issues such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments. 2 Years' experience same role Help finance for invoice assistance
Customer Relationship:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to freight shipments and logistics. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
