Operator / Court Monitor
is responsible for supervising guests inside the activity zones to ensure safe play, smooth guest flow, and an excellent guest experience. The role includes welcoming guests, explaining rules, monitoring gameplay, supporting crowd control, and reporting any safety or technical issues immediately.Work Duration:

Salary rate:
QAR 3,000 (26 working days)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate gaming attraction activities after receiving training
Assist and guide guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage crowd flow and ensure safety in activity areas
Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in entertainment, FEC, sports venue, or customer service is a plus.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Physically able to stand for long hours and move actively around the venue.
Friendly personality and confident dealing with kids and families.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
