Job Summary:

As a Court Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for guests participating in various activities within the amusement park. Your primary duties include monitoring guest behavior, enforcing safety regulations, providing assistance, and responding to emergencies. You are also in charge of helping create fun memories for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively monitor assigned areas, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and park rules. Enforce height, weight, and other restrictions for attractions. Provide courteous assistance to guests, answering questions and offering guidance. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, accidents, or emergencies, following established protocols. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors. Ensure equipment is functioning properly. Complete incident reports as needed. Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and other team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or safety-related role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules consistently. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a basic command of the English language; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
