Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficient workflow from material intake to final product dispatch.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Lead and manage production teams, including carpenters, machinists, finishers, and installers.
Implement and maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and workplace discipline.
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers, design, procurement, and site teams to align factory output with project requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment.
Track production KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management.
Handle workforce planning, recruitment, and training of factory staff.
