Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails from customers.
Provide accurate service information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer pest issues.
Schedule, modify, and confirm pest control service appointments.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate cases when needed.
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.
Update daily schedules and monitor route planning for service teams.
Ensure service reports, invoices, and related documents are shared with customers on time.
Maintain customer records in CRM software.
Prepare daily/weekly service and call reports.
Assist in follow-ups for contract renewals and unpaid invoices.
Upsell and cross-sell services when appropriate.
Support customer retention activities, including feedback collection.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service (experience in pest control or FM sector is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English ( Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
