We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Real Estate Team Leader - Off-Plan Properties
to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales teams, closing off-plan deals, and expanding real estate portfolios while ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10 real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new agents to strengthen the team.
Set and monitor monthly sales targets, with a minimum target achievement of
500,000 AED
.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers and investors.
Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Stay updated with new off-plan project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
Guide the team in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and digital campaigns.
Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous sales training and development.
Organize property presentations, networking events, and client engagement activities.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, including at least 1 year as a Team Leader in Off-Plan Sales.
? Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
? Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing sales teams.
? Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in off-plan deals.
? Excellent knowledge of UAE real estate trends and developer projects.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
? Target-driven, motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
