Support project execution across maintenance departments
Update and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Assist with purchasing, including obtaining materials and coordinating with suppliers and consultants
Maintain accurate operating and purchasing records
Promote communication between departments to support operational efficiency
Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for managers
Assist with handling ad-hoc operational needs.

Job Requirements
Relevant education or experience in administration, operational support or project coordination
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive and detail-oriented attitude
Skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools are an advantage
Fluent in English and Danish
Experience with purchasing or supplier management is an advantage.
