mid-level Technical Operations & Communication Coordinator
who will act as the link between the CTO and our software development teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in software projects who also excels in communication, organization, and follow-through.
You'll play a key role in making sure the technology team runs smoothly, priorities are clear, and the CTO's strategic goals are translated into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a communication bridge between the CTO and development teams
Monitor and report on project progress, blockers, and resource needs
Support sprint planning and backlog management using tools like Jira
Translate technical priorities into actionable plans for the team
Keep track of meeting outcomes and ensure follow-ups are completed
Communicate team feedback and operational updates to the CTO
Help align daily workflows with broader company goals and timelines
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a technical coordination, project support, or team operations role
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and leadership teams
Fluency in Turkish is highly preferred
; cultural familiarity and communication in Turkish will be a strong asset
English proficiency is a plus, especially for reading/writing documentation
