As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting digital platform operations. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy fresh graduate who enjoys problem-solving, analysing systems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience in digital operations, working alongside experienced professionals to enhance your technical skills.

Monitor and support the performance of digital platforms and IT systems
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Assist in system analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth digital operations
Document technical processes and support procedures for future reference
Stay up to date with IT best practices and emerging technologies
