Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Change Management Projects:
Assist in delivering behavioral change management initiatives by conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments under the guidance of senior team members. * Develop and Implement Strategies:
Help design and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new technologies, systems, and initiatives within client organizations. * Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with clients to create communication materials and training resources that facilitate the change process, ensuring effective employee engagement. * Monitor Change Progress:
Support the monitoring and evaluation of change management activities and help analyze their effectiveness, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. * Team Collaboration:
Assist in managing and coordinating various workstreams within larger consulting projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. * Research & Analysis Support:
Participate in research assignments to inform and support project goals, including gathering and analyzing data on change management practices and trends. * Client Relationship Building:
Support the maintenance of strong client relationships by providing timely and effective assistance on change management-related issues. * Project Management Assistance:
Assist senior consultants with project management tasks such as planning, progress reporting, risk identification, and proposing effective solutions. * Team Development:
Learn from and collaborate with senior team members, contributing to team development activities, including coaching and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Change Management and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, adapting to various roles as needed to support project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn about change management principles and methodologies.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
  • Available to start immediately
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
