Position:

Operations Supervisor

Location:

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

3-6 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in operations or project supervision, preferably within the

motor rewinding and electrical maintenance industry

Key Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of

AC/DC motor rewinding, pump servicing, and generator maintenance

Hands-on experience managing

workshop operations and field service teams

Strong understanding of MEP works and electrical/mechanical systems Ability to plan and execute projects, manage manpower, and meet client deadlines Skilled in liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools UAE Driving License preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the motor rewinding workshop and on-site service teams Ensure timely execution of repair, rewinding, and maintenance tasks Coordinate with engineers and technicians to meet client requirements Monitor quality control and safety compliance at all job sites Maintain inventory and support procurement activities Submit detailed operational reports and updates to management Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient problem resolution Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
