Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Security Services and Housekeeping teams. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of services, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security and housekeeping staff across assigned sites. Ensure deployment schedules are maintained as per client requirements. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies. Liaise with clients to address service requirements, complaints, and feedback. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to improve efficiency and service quality. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols at all times. Support in recruitment and onboarding of security guards and housekeeping staff. Manage inventory of housekeeping materials and security equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in facilities management, security, or housekeeping. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Flexible to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
