Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a

hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused Maintenance Operations Supervisor

who can

independently manage building maintenance work and supervise site teams

. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between the customer and our technical teams--from the

initial client approach

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day building maintenance activities and technical staff. Assess client requirements, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed work estimates or quotations. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries and offering tailored solutions. Oversee the execution and completion of work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Coordinate manpower, materials, and resources for multiple ongoing jobs. Report progress and project status to management on a regular basis. Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Ensure all work is done in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven UAE experience in

building maintenance or technical services supervision

. Strong knowledge of maintenance trades (MEP, plumbing, painting, AC, general repair, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Valid UAE

driving license

is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously. Tech-savvy and able to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic reporting apps. Must be available for immediate hiring and currently residing in the UAE.
