Company: Holiday Homes (short-term rental villas and apartments) Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE We are looking for an experienced professional who will manage online booking platforms, reservations, guest communication, and daily operations of Holiday Homes properties. This role includes: managing bookings in Lodgify / Airbnb / Booking.com / Agoda replying to guests in platform chats and messengers handling phone calls and guest support managing calendars, availability, and pricing coordinating check-ins and check-outs handling reviews and guest experience This is a key operational position that directly impacts revenue, reputation, and service quality. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY -- NO ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES Candidates without proven work experience in Holiday Homes / Property Rentals WILL NOT be considered. Required: strong experience with Lodgify (or similar PMS systems) experience working with Airbnb / Booking.com / Agoda experience in guest communication and reservation handling understanding of pricing, calendars, cancellations, and booking policies We need someone who already worked in this field and understands operational processes. Key Responsibilities: manage OTA channels and PMS integrations work in Lodgify (calendars, prices, sync, availability) respond to guest messages and booking inquiries handle incoming phone calls confirm bookings and deposits coordinate guest arrival instructions support guests during their stay monitor reviews and property ratings prepare booking and performance reports Requirements: MANDATORY experience in Holiday Homes / Property Rentals experience with Airbnb / Booking / Agoda / Lodgify (or PMS) excellent written and verbal guest communication high level of responsibility and organization ability to react quickly to operational situations English language -- required Preferred: experience in reservations / guest relations / front office experience managing multiple properties understanding of operational and business workflows We Offer: stable and long-term employment work in a growing Holiday Homes company supportive and professional team on-time payments career growth in operations and reservations management
