Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for someone who has experience in operations management, has a strong understanding of the onboarding process, and has basic knowledge of visa processing, immigration, and MOHRE. The Operations & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our organization. Key responsibilities for this position include: 1. Developing and implementing onboarding programs and processes. 2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure all necessary documentation and training materials are prepared for new hires. 3. Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new employees to our company culture, policies, and procedures. 4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific onboarding needs and tailor programs accordingly. 5. Serving as a point of contact for new employees throughout their onboarding journey, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns. 6. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed. 7. Assisting with other operational tasks, such as managing office supplies, overseeing facility maintenance, and coordinating team events. Requirements: 1. Prior experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of onboarding processes. 2. Knowledge of Visa processing, Immigration and MOHRE. 3. Knowledge of basic finance support function. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate. 8. A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. 9. A bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
