Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional capable of conducting in-depth research to identify and analyze key market trends, industry movements, and operational requirements within the gold and diamond (CVD & natural) sector

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze market trends in the gold and diamond sector (both CVD and natural) to generate actionable insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, certifications, and relevant industry standards. Track and report key operational metrics, including inventory levels, procurement timelines, and process efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, quality assurance, and product delivery. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities, client communications, and product certifications. Support internal functions such as inventory management, record-keeping, and operational reporting. Assist in audits, inspections, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the gold and diamond industry, with exposure to both CVD and natural diamonds. Strong understanding of market dynamics, product knowledge, and operational processes. Familiarity with industry regulations, certifications, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. Capability to work independently while effectively prioritizing operational responsibilities. Relevant education or certification in gemology, jewelry operations, or business management is an advantage.
