We're looking for a highly-dynamic and assertive

Studio Operations & Procurement Specialist

. This is not a regular administrative role. We need a proactive problem-solver who will take full responsibility for our studio's ecosystem, ensuring the smooth execution of all studio activities. If you are a structured, intelligent individual who's ready to grow with an ambitious company, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and order all studio necessities, including photography equipment, props, stationery, and general supplies. Implement and maintain structured organizational systems for all operational data and processes. Upload, organize, and manage customer data (e.g., CD cards). Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact studio workflow.

Who are we looking for:

A natural problem-solver with a very high attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Confident and communicator, skilled in negotiations. An intelligent and quick learner with the ability to think independently, prioritize effectively, and act decisively.
