Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional capable of conducting in-depth research to identify and analyze key market trends, industry movements, and operational requirements within the gold and diamond (CVD & natural) sector

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze gold and diamond market trends (CVD & Natural) to provide actionable insights. Maintain accurate knowledge of product specifications, certifications, and industry standards. Track operational metrics, including inventory levels, procurement timelines, and process efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely procurement, quality control, and delivery of products. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, client communications, and product certifications. Support internal processes including inventory management, documentation, and reporting. Assist in audits, inspections, and operational improvements as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the gold and diamond industry (CVD diamonds and natural). Strong understanding of market trends, product knowledge, and operational workflows. Familiarity with industry compliance, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks effectively. Relevant certifications or education in gemology, jewelry operations, or business management is a plus.
