We are looking to Hire an Experienced Operations Manager for one of our clients in Al Ain. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring food and beverage quality, and creating and implementing budgets, among other tasks.
Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Introduce seasonal items and promotions to keep the menu fresh and appealing
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies
Receive delivered cafe supplies and verify that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
Manage planning and pricing of menus
Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers
Take responsibility for the training and development of your team in store to nurture consistent progression

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience in operations management and food service
Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry practices and regulations
Leadership and management skills to manage staff and maintain a team-focused environment
Able to develop, implement and maintain company policies and procedures
