Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a IGNITE Specialty Coffee Shop. The successful candidate must be a female with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer preferences
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety standards
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
Educate customers about different types of coffee and brewing methods
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Rquirements:
Good hygiene
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop
Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Must be a female.
