Job Description
The Operations Manager will lead and maintain the safe operational delivery of Food and Beverages in and around UAE. He will ensure adherence to company standards, prioritize customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction, and foster positive working relationships.

- Provide a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Exceed customers expectations and maintain service standards.
- Organize and implement necessary trainings for the attractions team.
- Monitor employee and customer interactions for improvement.
- Effectively monitor and manage both the warehouse and the purchasing department.
- Occasionally coming up with a creative idea to take the company to next level
- Communicate with senior managers for best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that you are following the rules outlined in the UAE economic department\xe2\x80\x99s food and bevarage policies..
- Contribute to capital projects and enhance profitability.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop the team.
- Foster a positive working environment.
- Apply performance management effectively.
