They will also be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan to promote the coffee shop, analyzing sales and customer data to make informed decisions about pricing and inventory management, and identifying potential opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote the coffee shop and attract new customers
• Analyze sales and customer traffic data to make informed decisions about pricing, inventory management, and promotions
• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the coffee shop\'s goals and objectives
