Job Description

Major Responsibilities:



1. Maintain signed contract/agreement copy for new/ongoing sales projects & read thoroughly Sales Agreement Terms & Conditions.

2. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, to prepare a variation order if the client mark changes at the site.

3. Present "Variation order" to the client for approval and sharing the approved variation order to the concerned stakeholders.

4. Pre-Planning on every project related to long lead items and making sure all the deliveries will be delivered on site timely.

5. Providing technical support and counseling to Project Managers to achieve project deadline.

6. Monitoring site progress via "workflow sheet" and maintaining monthly construction target value on each project.

7. Working on payment receivable file and issuing Performa Invoice via emails and follow up upon all the due payments.

8. Make sure Project manager every week submitting site progress report to client/consultant via email.

JOB Location - Dubai UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
