We are hiring a Operations Manager - Glass/Aluminum & steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the glass and aluminum division, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management expertise.
1. Oversee daily production operations within the steel fabrication factory, ensuring output meets both quality and delivery requirements.
2. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and throughput.
3. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with client requirements.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or risks in coordination with site managers.
5. Ensure that all relevant departments are aligned on operational goals and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between teams.
6. Monitor expenditures related to factory operations, site erection, and logistics to ensure cost-effective. project delivery.
7. Lead regular client meetings and site visits to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns. Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely solutions, ensuring effective issue resolution and long-term relationship building.
8. Track revenue streams and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
