Oversee day-to-day operations of medical facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with
UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH)
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and productivity Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to improve service delivery Monitor operational costs, budgets, and inventory (medical supplies and equipment) Handle vendor management, contracts, and procurement processes Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management Minimum1 year of UAE experience in the medical/healthcare field
Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare laws and regulatory authorities Proven experience in operations management within clinics, hospitals, or medical centers Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systemsPreferred Skills
Experience working with DHA/DOH/MOH approvals and audits Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
