We are looking for operations manager with background in agriculture industry,who has experience dealing in african countries. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day to day operational activities in the company.
Brief Responsibilities
:
Ensure efficient allocation of resources (human, financial, material) to meet
operational needs.
Develop and implement operational plans and strategies aligned with the overall
business objectives.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff, fostering a positive and productive
work environment.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or
a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in operations management.
- Strong understanding of operational principles, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma),
and best practices.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for operations management (e.g.,
ERP systems, inventory management software).
- Experience in preferably Agricultural Inputs or similar fields.
