Requirements:
- Arabic is a MUST
-Proven experience as an Operations Manager in pizza chains or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
-Strong background in managing multiple outlets, staff, and daily operations.
-Expertise in food safety, quality standards, and customer service.
-Ability to drive sales, control costs, and meet business targets.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa.
-Immediate joiner only.
Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day operations across pizza outlets.
-Ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
-Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
-Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships.
-Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
-Drive marketing promotions and local business growth initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
