Manager - F&B Operations - Dubai Holding Entertainment

As the most recent attraction within Dubai Holding Entertainment, Dubai Parks and Resorts is the Middle EastaEUR(TM)s largest multi-themed leisure and entertainment destination comprising of three separate theme parks: MOTIONGATE Dubai, LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park. Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - F&B Operations at Dubai Park & Resorts. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and profitability. Implement and monitor SOPs to deliver a consistent guest experience aligned with DHEaEUR(TM)s brand standards. Lead departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including CAPEX planning. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and Food Watch guidelines. Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (Park Operations, Marketing, HSE, etc.). Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Analyze financial data and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimize costs. Uphold DHEaEUR(TM)s safety and HSE practices by proactively managing risks and promoting a safety-first culture. Represent the F&B department in cross-functional meetings and contribute to group-wide initiatives. About you The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: 5 - 10 years in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within high-volume venues (2,000+ guests/day). BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Hospitality or Leisure Management or related field Strong operational F&B management background (theme parks or entertainment venues preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Vista POS system (preferred). HACCP and Food Watch certifications.
