Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Operations Manager - Electromechanical

with over 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years managing complex, high-value operations within the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with demonstrated expertise in facilities and building services management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and agricultural systems. Ensure full compliance with international and Qatar-specific standards in building maintenance. Manage quality, health, safety, and environmental systems effectively. Supervise soft services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, porter, and security services. Lead facilities management operations ensuring service excellence and cost-effectiveness. Handle commercial management tasks and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure team compliance with local authority approvals and certifications (e.g., KAHRAMAA, QCDD). Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders and service providers to ensure project success. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Quality, health, and environmental management systems. Soft services and integrated facilities management. Fully compliant with Qatari regulations for building maintenance and safety. Commercial management and client relationship management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum

15+ years

of overall experience, with

7+ years

in managing large-scale operations in the GCC. Proven track record in managing complex electromechanical projects or facilities. Membership in professional bodies:

IFMA, RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE

or similar.

UPDA Grade A from KAHRAMAA or other recognized authorities preferred.

Certified by QCDD preferred.

Bilingual: Proficiency in

Arabic and English
