Assistant Business Development Manager to support the growth of our

business management consultancy

environment. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting tailored business consultancy solutions including company setup, compliance advisory, restructuring, and strategic planning for both UAE and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing business development strategies aligned with Insource Prime's objectives. Identify and engage potential clients -- entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and foreign investors. Promote corporate service offerings including UAE mainland and free zone company formation, banking solutions, PRO services, and compliance advisory. Generate qualified leads through networking, events, partnerships, referrals, and digital outreach. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting via CRM tools. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements aligned with client expectations. Contribute to building brand reputation through professional representation at events and client interactions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in business setup, corporate services, or sales within the UAE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Knowledge of UAE company formation processes, free zones, and compliance frameworks is an advantage Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset UAE Driving License is a plus
